Liability

I understand that I am registering for instructions that involve physical, emotional and /or psychological activities and with such undertaking there is always a risk involoved. I understand that in a group setting the instructor cannot always monitor my physical, emotional and psychological limits. I am responsible for assessing all activities that are presented and therefore choosing a safe course of action for myself.
I agree to assume the risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered that might arising out of my participating in this two day workshop.

Food Allergies

I understand that I am responsible for knowing what allergies I may have to any foods that is served during the workshop.

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing on or before March 5, 2010 will receive a full refund less $50 administrative fee. Concellations received after March 5,2010 and before March 12, 2010 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given after March 12,2010 or for no-shows. All refunds will be processed after the completion of the workshop.
